Dear Taproot Community,

What are your wishes for year end classes? I love to hear from you.

Wrapping up tournament season, I am so happy to return to teaching and learning together. Spain was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, from the level of competition to the travel itinerary. Thank you for your ongoing support- it was more than worth it!

My highlights reels are up @taproottaichi and my Youtube Push Hands Playlist. Yet another delightful challenge has been to review all of the footage and pick my favorite moments. Soon I will have a platform for more extensive viewing. Check out these points to remember in four short reels: Fixed Step, Fixed Step Queen of the Mountain, Moving Step, and finally, the Awards Ceremony… I received the highest honor at the end of the day: Best Global Female Competitor! On my blog video links illustrate a personal reflection piece on what made this tournament so uniquely sweet.

For December, I need a few weekends off for my family. Tai Chi Class will be held only twice this month.

New Year, New Classes?
I have two requests for new group classes, which I will honor if a few more people are interested.
1. Tai Chi on the Upper West Side, in person, indoor space TBD.
2. Bring Back Zoom Qi Gong (microcosmic orbit, 6 Healing Sounds, Iron shirt, etc…)
