Experience Tai Chi Push Hands with World Champion Ilona Bito: Seattle Workshop 2025 *DECEMBER 22ND*

Please spread the word for this semi-annual event. I’ve been offering pop-up workshops at Shift for the last five years or so. All the info for this year is here, followed by past photos.
It’s always a strong group at Sil Lum Kung Fu, and sweet to reconnect with my Seattle roots. I’m very lucky to be hosted in this beautiful space by my sister and fellow martial arts instructor, Danica Bito.

New Date:

MONDAY, DECEMBER 22ND 5:30-7:30pm.

Shift Movement & Healing Arts

3517, Stone Way N, Seattle, WA 98103

Cost: $40

About the Class:

Join Push Hands World Champion Ilona Bito for a deep dive into Tai Chi Push Hands, also known as Tuishou. Working in sensitive contact with partners, we will break down essential rooting drills and play several variations of the competitive game.
