Dear Taproot Community,

After a long hiatus, I plan to celebrate a return to teaching along with the changing season on September 21st at 1PM in the East Village.

My new daughter, Summer, will be two months old, and will be in attendance with my husband- James is a senior tai chi coach and we are lucky to have each other as co teachers. 

Open to all levels, class consists of a brief Qi Gong warm up, an in depth study of the Yang Style Short Form, and push hands applications. This fall I have seen many inquiries from beginners, so hopefully we will be able to make progress through the form week by week along with a group. 

Please confirm if you plan to attend so I may be in touch about meeting in the park.
