When training with Ilona, the Teaching relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative. The Teaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Teacher.
Ilona is the owner of Taproot Tai Chi LLC in NYC. Her motto, “Grow your root” encourages deep and practical development towards long term fitness and wellness goals. Ilona has experience training clients on Zoom and in private settings in NYC. Ilona enjoys working with people of all abilities- from seniors beginning new programs to competitive athletes. Especially since training during her own pregnancy, she is excited to work with Pre/Post Natal clients.
Ilona Bito is an ACE (American Council of Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer.
